My kind of lazy/instant breakfast - granola yogurt bowl 🙂

Oatmeal and granola share a common base of oats (usually rolled oats). However, granola is often sweetened with molasses, honey, agave nectar or sugar, and toasted, giving granola is final crunchy texture. The additional ingredients in granola, such as nuts and dried fruits, make it easy to accumulate calories in a small serving size, but also healthy fats and extra fiber. In the end, as usual, when consumed in moderation, granola can still be a great choice for breakfast when you’re looking for something quick and convenient.
